Pay Tribute with Art – Invite community members to create awareness through chalk art, posters, murals or other art projects.
Host a Virtual Event – Host a virtual event on an online platform to gather speakers and tributes from around the state.
Light Up the Night – Purple is the color to bring awareness to the tragedy of overdose. Reach out to your local community organizations to see if you can light up spaces in purple to recognize the day. Use this letter template to make the request.
